Burger Ingredients :
85/15 Ground Beef 2 lbs
Smoked Paprika to taste
Salt Pepper to taste
Garlic to taste
Pepper Jack Cheese 1 1/2 cup

Birria Ingredients:

Beef Short Ribs 2 lbs
5 Guajillo peppers
2 Pasilla
2 Chipotle peppers
2 Roma Tomatoes
1 tb Oregano
1 tb Cumin
1tb salt, pepper
1 White onion
1-2 Cloves of garlic
