Tibetan Endurance Breathwork: Lung Gom

Tibetan monks had a secret breathing technique that allowed them to run for days without rest - and you can do it too.

It was called Lung-Gom and it was part of an elite monk training system.

And it wasn’t just for running.

It was a battlefield skill monks used outlast invaders, scout for days and survive extreme conditions.

In 1924, a French explorer witnessed a Tibetan holy man outrun a horse using this technique he called ‘internal air’.

Now, this is how YOU can practice this technique:
1. Use a 4:4 breath ratio—inhale for four steps, exhale for four, relaxing your entire body in motion and releasing as much tension as you can.
2. Focus your vision on a fixed point ahead of you and let your mind empty itself completely.
3. When fatigued, exhale fully to clear CO₂ buildup and reset your breathing.
4. Just go with the flow, embracing a state of thoughtlessness.
