Healing trauma doesn’t have to be hard ⬇️

While traditional talk therapy can be effective for processing and releasing trauma, it can sometimes feel intense - especially for people who are healing.

In my experience, gentle approaches that work with the subconscious can be just as powerful, without the overwhelm.

One of my favorite techniques is PSYCH-K®, which allows people to release trauma in a non-invasive way that doesn’t re-trigger emotional pain.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, but finding what works for you is key. 🌿
